Accounting Experts approved by the courts
AYJ International auditing has a number of accounting experts and tax experts accredited by the courts of the United Arab Emirates including (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Al Ain), and also accredited by the Public Prosecution in Dubai and Abu Dhabi Sharjah and all other federal courts and prosecutions.
Courts and prosecutors appoint experts to ensure that technical aspects of a particular case are well explained and easily understood by the judge or arbitrators themselves before a decision is made. The extensive knowledge that a court expert can provide can support them as the expert’s report can help the court in further understanding the nature of the case.
In some cases, the dispute judge can appoint a judicial expert or the plaintiff and defendant can agree to appoint a single expert to investigate or give an expert opinion on the issue at hand. When lawyers seek technical advice to further understand the nature of a dispute, it is called expert dispute support.
